The effects of spinning process on linear density, tenacity and elongation of Nylon 66 technical yarn were described.

The results showed that the X-ray shielding of the nylon 6 composite increased as the thickness density increased. Moreover, the test results observed the Lambert-Beer law.
The fracture morphology of PC, PA6, LDPE is analyzed by using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and the fracture cause, fracture process and fracture morphology are discussed respectively.
