所谓干度，是指蒸汽质量与总质量的质量的比值，而湿度分为绝对湿度和相对湿度，绝对湿度指每立方米湿蒸汽中含水蒸气的质量，相对湿度指湿蒸汽中水蒸气的实际含量接近最大可能量的程度，即湿蒸汽中水蒸气的实际分压与同温度下水蒸气饱和压力之比。
