寄生阻力主要可以分为形状阻力（form drag）、表面摩擦力或摩擦阻力（Skin friction）及干扰阻力（interference drag）三种、其中形状阻力及表面摩擦力之和也称为型阻（profile drag）。

干扰阻力
飞机上除了摩擦阻力，压差阻力和诱导阻力以外，还有一种“干扰阻力”值得我们注意，实践表明，飞机的各个部件，如机翼、机身、尾翼等，单独放在气流中所产生的阻力的总和并不等于整体所产生的阻力、而是往往小于把它们组成一个整体时所产生的阻力。所谓“干扰阻力”就是飞机各部分之间由于气流相互干扰而产生的一种额外阻力。
