征税范围
征税范围亦称“课税范围”。税法规定对征税对象或纳税人的征税界限。包括两方面含义： (1)税目的具体化。如产品税对许多税目都具体列举了征税范围。“白酒”税目包括粮食酒、薯类酒、糠麸酒、其他原料酒四种。(2) 纳税人的具体化。如国营企业奖金税一般以国营企业为纳税人，但在征税范围上不包括实行工资总额随经济效益挂钩浮动办法的国营企业。凡属于征税范围内的税目或纳税人，都应当按照税法规定征税；未包括在征税范围内的则不征税。
