The scoreline could have been a lot worse for Spain were in not for a series of outstanding saves by Manchester United keeper De Gea.

United's stand-in skipper went on to pay tribute to David De Gea, who pulled off a number of world-class saves at the Britannia Stadium, prompting Evra to proclaim the Spaniard as "one of the best".
