Three pictures of the Cloverfield monster model are now available at the Cloverfield monster toy's product page.

Look for a number of toy variations on other Pixar characters. Check out Boo and Mike from Monsters, Inc. and a pretty nifty looking wooden Lightning McQueen.

The toy manufacturer, Hasbro, released a 14" model of the Cloverfield monster (with two interchangeable heads) that also includes 10 of the smaller parasite monsters with it."
