Objective: To investigate the imaging manifestation of primary malignant renal tumor with CT.

These results suggest that there are active genes of ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 on malignant renal tumors and might be able to effect the host immune reaction.

A total of 65% had undergone radiation for malignancies including nephroblastoma, neuroblastoma, non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, and tumors of the central nervous system.
