The most popular app to download is the game Angry Birds.

Earlier this week, VentureBeat wrote about an eighth grader who used a similar tool to create a simple game and knock Angry Birds out of the top free spot in the App store.

Game creator Rovio confirmed that a film of the iPhone hit Angry Birds is in development, as it announced that 400 million people had downloaded the game.
