抗中性粒细胞胞浆抗体
抗中性粒细胞胞浆抗体，指与中性粒细胞及单核细胞胞浆中溶酶体酶发生反应的抗体。当中性粒细胞受抗原刺激后，胞浆中的α-颗粒释放蛋白酶-3、髓过氧化物酶物质及白细胞抗原生成，刺激机体而产生ANCA。
