If no one is searching for your targeted keywords, it won't matter how highly the site is ranked in the search engines.

When you plug in keywords to a job board or search engine, they usually search the text of the postings.

To add keyword search select Manage Search Engines… in the search engines menu to open the Search Engines Manager, select a search engine, press Edit Keyword… and enter a few characters to define one.
