效益工资
效益工资是指根据职工个人或集体的经济效益状况决定工资数额的工资形式，是我国工资制度改革实践中出现的一种新的工资形式。特点是，工资必须同职工个人的劳动成果和企业经济效益相联系。效益与工资直接挂钩；效益好，则工资多，效益差，则工资少。一般来说，包工工资、计件工资、分成工资、浮动工资都属于效益工资。实行效益工资，有利于从物质利益上刺激职工关心并努力提高经济效益，打破分配上的平均主义。
