The article introduced some way of doings and experience of the schools' practice teaching in the process of the undergraduate course teaching level evaluation in the Education Ministry.

The Public Affairs Management Specialty is set up according to " the Undergraduate Specialty Catalogue of Higher Institutions" newly edited by the Ministry of Education in 1998.

Especially in 2007, the Ministry of Education held a "quality" Conference, the construction of undergraduate teaching quality control system as teaching an important part of management.
