A new type of double capacitive material level sensor which adopts a structure of double-capacitor is designed.

The problem existing in the original resistance type level indicator is analyzed. The superiority of applying electronic sensor to measure coal level and modification process are narrated in detail.

This new sensor can be applied to no higher precisely to detect solid state bin level, dust bin level and liquid level.
