无形损耗
无形损耗是“有形损耗”的对称。亦称“无形磨损”或“精神磨损”。由技术进步和劳动生产率提高所引起的固定资本或固定资金的贬值。无形损耗包括两种情况： (1) 由于劳动生产率提高，再生产同种劳动资料需要的社会必要劳动时间减少，引起原有固定资本或固定资金贬值。这种无形损耗不会影响固定资本或固定资金的使用价值。(2) 由于技术进步，创造了新的、效率更高、性能更好的劳动资料，引起原有固定资本或固定资金贬值。这种无形损耗使劳动资料的使用变得不经济，往往导致劳动资料提前报废。
