Electrokinetic Potential of Titanium dioxide, modified with silicon dioxide, aluminium oxide and manganese phosphate, was determined by a microelectrophoretic method.

Methods: In this study, trait identification, microscopical identification, scanning electron microscopical observation and gel electrophoresis were used.

After stained by EB, tail length of the cells were observed and counted under the fluorescence microscope.
