枣泥糕
枣泥糕是一道传统的名点，属于满汉全席。先用水将小枣洗净，放入铜锅中，注入清水，上火煮40分钟后捞出，去掉枣核，再放入铜锅中，加入白糖和溶化的冻粉水和用100克温水兑开的玫瑰酱水，上火炒20分钟左右。将炒好的枣泥倒入1尺1寸长、5寸宽、7分高的白铁模子内，并用一张光滑的薄纸盖在上面，放在通风处晾三、四小时，晾透即成枣泥糕，放入冰箱待用。
