This paper presents a method in which using computer image identity tests the leakage of fuel spray nozzle in diesel engine.

Our company is specialized in series of diesel engine, electric fuel pump, oil injection nozzle, start machine and accessories used for cars and light duty trucks.

The quality of fuel spray is decided by the structure of nozzle and high-pressure fuel pipe in the pump-tube-nozzle fuel injection system, and it influences the whole diesel combustion.
