Synchronous rolling with multi-wedge cross wedge rolling(MCWR) is an advanced technique in forming long axial parts, and it does not have disadvantages of the above two methods.

Finally, FEM simulation technology is introduced into CWR process debugging and its simulation result is analyzed. The fault diagnose for CWR pieces is also summarized and can be used as reference.
