The strippable film on the substrate has high attachment, no surface cracking and long service life.

The lower die core is provided with a plurality of sleeves for placing resin material cakes. The positions on the upper die core corresponding to the sleeves are provided with runners.

The substrate in micro mold insert is nickel metal which is stable in the air and alkaline liquid. Nickel color won't wear out and nickel has good corrosion resistance.
