《死亡笔记》（デスノート）是由日本华纳公司于2006年6月17日发行的奇幻悬疑类电影。该片改编自大场鸫所著同名漫画作品《死亡笔记》，也是《死亡笔记》系列电影的第一部。由金子修介执导，藤原龙也、松山健一主演。该片讲述的是主人公夜神月偶然得到一本死亡笔记，利用笔记制裁犯人，并和天才侦探L展开智慧与头脑的对决的故事。
