This paper aimed at the safety problems of the explosive production lines, analyzed the state of entrucking industrial explosive, and calculated the distance that sympathetic detonation do not happen.

The defects now existed in the laboratory testing method of gap distance of industrial explosives are pointed out, and a rational hanging method is suggested in this paper.
