气滞血瘀
气滞血瘀指气机郁滞日久而致血行瘀阻的病机。血液的正常运行，有赖于气的推动，若气行不畅，无法行血，则血停而瘀生矣。《寿世保元》：“……盖气者，血之帅也，气行则血行，气止则血止，气温则血滑，气寒则血凝，气有一息之不运，则血有一息之不行。”《血证论》亦谓：“气结则血凝。”气滞、血瘀互为因果，气滞导致血瘀，血瘀又加重气滞。多由情志郁结或跌仆闪挫而致。治宜行气活血化瘀，可用血府逐瘀汤类。
