气虚
气虚，为中医名词术语。是指由于元气不足引起的一系列病理变化及证候。所谓气，是人体最基本的物质，由肾中的精气、脾胃吸收运化水谷之气和肺吸入的清气共同结合而成。气虚，泛指身体虚弱、面色苍白、呼吸短促、四肢乏力、头晕、动则汗出、语声低微等。包括元气、宗气、卫气的虚损，以及气的推动、温煦、防御、固摄和气化功能的减退，从而导致机体的某些功能活动低下或衰退，抗病能力下降等衰弱的现象。人的生命活动从根本上讲就是元气升降出入的运动。气虚是一种多发证，多因先天不足、营养不良、年老虚弱、久病未愈、大手术后及疲劳过度。在临床上，气虚还包括肺气虚、心气虚、脾气虚、肾气虚诸证。
