气血亏虚
中医认为，气血乃人之根本。气虚、血虚对身体的影响，简单的概括来说，是气虚无力、血虚发燥。长期的气血不足会造成免疫力低下，什么病都可能得，最常见的是感冒，气管炎、咽炎、鼻炎、支气管肺炎、肺炎。消化系统的消化不良、胃炎、肠炎、胃肠炎、便稀等多种病。素问·调经论》记载：“血气不和，百病乃变化而生。”气和血是组成人体的基本物质，关系着脏腑机能的运行和身体的健康，同时气血有着沟通各脏腑的作用，所以一个脏腑的气血失常，不但会引起本脏腑的病变，同时还能引起其他脏腑的气血失常，甚至全身的气血的失常。
