沉降缝
沉降缝是指，为防止建筑物各部分由于地基不均匀沉降引起房屋破坏所设置的垂直缝。当房屋相邻部分的高度、荷载和结构形式差别很大而地基又较弱时，房屋有可能产生不均匀沉降，致使某些薄弱部位开裂。为此，应在适当位置如复杂的平面或体形转折处、高度变化处、荷载、地基的压缩性和地基处理的方法明显不同处设置沉降缝。
