注册商标转让，是指通过转让注册商标，转让人取得转让费，从而出让商标专用权，受让人依法取得注册商标，享有商标所有权。依据《商标法》第39 条的规定，转让注册商标应当签订书面的转让协议，由商标权人和受让人共同向商标局提交转让注册商标申请书经核准后予以公告。受让人自公告之日起享有商标专用权。
