In Zhejiang, the province hardest hit by the continuous rain, 2.7 million residents in nine cities and 50 counties had been affected as of Sunday morning.

Effecting by typhoon and rainstorm, in K54+92~K54+224 milepost of No. 41 highway of Zhejiang occurred geological hazard.

The typhoon — which caused heavy rain and 80-mph winds along the eastern Zhejiang Province — forced over 400,000 people to be evacuated from their homes and caused millions of dollars of damage.
