This paper probes PDCA mode of ISO9000 quality management and quality standard, which has been implemented in Hainan University Library.

This paper combines with facts of Hainan University Library, analyses the management method of CDs with books and puts forward suggestion to existent problems.

With continuous practice and improvement of the Total quality Management, pursuing service quality has been becoming symbol and culture of Hainan University Library.
