An excellent pumping admixture was made up by use of FDN compounded with calcium lignosulphonate, retarder for controlling slump loss and water retaining admixture for reducing water segregation rate.

The diabase gravel almost was laminated cleavage, so the quality of aggregate by impurities and crushing was bad, segregation and bleeding of concrete made by the aggregate was heavy.

It was investigated that the effects of the different content micro-fines on the bleeding rate in manufactured-sand fresh concrete.
