...物中液体增加，渗液可为纤维蛋白性、浆液血性或化脓性等，液量由100ml至2~3l不等，统称为渗出性心包炎（effusive pericarditis）。炎症反应常累及心包下表层心肌，少数严重者可累及深部心肌，称为心肌心包炎（myopericarditis）。
