渗漉法
渗漉法是将适度粉碎的药材置渗漉筒中，由上部不断添加溶剂，溶剂渗过药材层向下流动过程中浸出药材成分的方法。渗漉属于动态浸出方法，溶剂利用率高，有效成分浸出完全，可直接收集浸出液。适用于贵重药材、毒性药材及高浓度制剂；也可用于有效成分含量较低的药材提取。但对新鲜的及易膨胀的药材、无组织结构的药材不宜选用。该法常用不同浓度的乙醇或白酒做溶剂，故应防止溶剂的挥发损失。
