This study was to screen for mutations in the hotspot mutation regions of PIK3CA in nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC), and explore the correlation of PIK3CA mutations to tumorigenesis of NPC.

The results indicate that the sequence analysis of the hotspot region is a very powerful tool to investigate genetic variations of chloroplast genome in Triticum and Aegilops.

In sum, TCEB1-mutated renal cell carcinoma is a distinct entity with recurrent hotspot mutations, specific copy number alterations, pathway activation, and characteristic morphological features.
