A temperature detect scheme of hot-wire method with electronic switching is given in this paper. The change of heating state and sensing state for thermocouple is completed successfully.

As the meter checking, if done by computer, is accurate, it proposes treating the phasing meter of thermocouple by the "reducing way".

Aiming at the non-linear relation of the voltage and temperature of the thermocouple, a general look-up table method was designed with which the temperature of thermocouple can be found.
