煎豆腐是一款美味菜谱，属于家常菜系，主要原料有豆腐等。豆腐存在的历史悠久，相传是在前164年，由中国汉高祖刘邦之孙—淮南王刘安所发明。刘安在安徽省寿县与淮南交界处的八公山上烧药炼丹的时候，偶然以石膏点豆汁，从而发明豆腐。袁翰青以为五代才有豆腐。日本学者筱田统根据五代陶谷所著《清异录》“为青阳丞，洁己勤民，肉味不给，日市豆腐数个”，认为豆腐起源于唐朝末期。
