Accidents of safety in production always happen in coalmine, it is more serious of coalmine firedamp in recent years.

In this paper, hazard theory is combined with coal mine gas accident and coal mine hazard is put forward, analyzing gas accident hazard by the three class of hazard.

On the basis of studying on identification, classification, gradation of gas accident hazard, the structure of coal mine gas accident is analyzed by means of typical accident.
