A high purity silica mending material with pure fused quartz as material for glass kiln has been developed.

The results show that graphite with good corrosion resistance can protect the heat-exchange tube from the corrosion of molten Al-Si alloy.

The structure, which is fabricated on the SOI material, and its fabrication process have been designed based on the theoretical analysis.
