Seller shall ensure that it has received a list with Habitat's relevant names, addresses and codes before delivery of products.

Seller may not directly or indirectly manufacture, exhibit, sell or supply Habitat Models to any other party than Habitat.

All samples, drawings, specifications or other documents relating to Habitat Models or production thereof submitted to Seller shall remain the sole property of Habitat.
