The result of experiment shows that the flexibility of SBR process on time control is suited very much to the environmental condition of removing phosphorus with biological method.

Based on this, test was made on low carbon source urban wastewater treatment in Guangzhou region by using SBR process to investigate the effect and affecting factors of biological phosphorus removal.

The mechanism of biological denitrification and phosphorus removal is briefly analyzed in this paper, and several new effective and practical processes are also introduced.
