This paper makes a brief discussion on the harm upon human health by radio-frequency electromagnetic field and electromagnetic contamination problems of small power television emission antenna.

Harm on humans health caused by power frequency electromagnetic field is given in detail, with reference on related materials of foreign countries. Corresponding protection measures are described.
