痹证
“痹”有闭阻不通之义，因风、寒、湿、热等外邪侵袭人体，闭阻经络，气血不能畅行，引起肌肉、筋骨、关节等酸痛、麻木、重着、伸屈不利，甚或关节肿大灼热等为主要临床表现。临床根据病邪偏胜和症状特点，分为行痹、痛痹、着痹和热痹。风湿性关节炎、风湿热、类风湿性关节炎、骨关节炎、纤维织炎和神经痛等病，均属中医“痹证”范畴。须与骨结核、骨肿瘤鉴别，以免延误病情。针灸治疗对本证有较好效果，但类风湿性关节炎病情缠绵反复，非一时能获效。
