The street facades of pale brick are kept relatively restrained while the facades facing the yard have a more playful expression, both in the facade design and in the volume.

The internal background was mainly grey color of cement, white painted brick wall, accented by small amount of black painted steel details and dark brown red laminated wood furniture.

Black steel columns and beams brace the walls and support upper storeys slotted in beneath the pitched roofs. Whitewashed brick walls and exposed venting add to the raw aesthetic.
