AIM: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of arotinolol hydrochloride, a peripherally acting beta adrenergic blocker, in the patients with essential tremor (ET).

CONCLUSION: Hydrochloric-acid arotinolol can improve tremor symptom of patients obviously and is an effective drug to treat essential tremor with convenient and safe medication.
