盖碗
盖碗是一种上有盖、下有托，中有碗的汉族茶具。又称“三才碗”、“三才杯”，盖为天、托为地、碗为人，暗含天地人和之意。是在民间盖碗也指一种齐刘海发型，因这种发型的刘海像只碗盖在头上而得此名。“茶托”又称“茶船”。盖碗茶，须用滚烫的开水冲一下碗，然后放入茶叶盛水加盖，沁茶的时间看茶叶数量和种类约为20秒至3分钟。在清雍正年间，盛行使用盖碗。
