矿渣棉
矿渣棉，矿物棉的一种。由钢铁高炉渣矿渣制成的短纤维。常用的原料有铁、磷、镍、铅、铬、铜、锰、锌、钛等矿渣。主要用作砌筑材料和吸音材料。也可用铁包装材料。矿渣棉是利用工业废料矿渣（高炉矿渣或铜矿渣、铝矿渣等）为主要原料，经熔化、采用高速离心法或喷吹法等工艺制成的棉丝状无机纤维。它具有质轻、导热系数小、不燃烧、防蛀、价廉、耐腐蚀、化学稳定性好、吸声性能好等特点。可用于建筑物的填充绝热、吸声、隔声、制氧机和冷库保冷及各种热力设备填充隔热等。
