砷化物是指金属与砷生成的化合物。自然界中存在砷铜矿Cu3As、斜方砷铁矿FeAs2、砷钴矿CoAS2 等砷化物。碱金属和碱土金属的砷化物及砷化锌Zn3As2 等是离子型化合物，易被水或酸分解而产生砷化氢。
