According to the analysis results from the database of the sulfur print of slab in an steel, the technological parameters influencing central segregation in micro-alloyed steels were analyzed.

Based on the quantitative data of internal crack by image recognition system of sulfur print and in the light of internal crack mechanism, a statistical analysis for internal crack is made.
