社团法人
社团法人，“财团法人”的对称。是指为实现一定目的，由一定数目社员结合而设立的法人。基本特征是以社员为成立的基础，属于人的聚合体。社团法人的设立须有一定数目的社员，须建立组织机构，制定章程，并须经法定机关进行登记后，才可取得法人资格。有些社团法人则须经主管部门许可，方能成立。社团法人的议事机关为社员大会，执行机关为董事或董事会。有些社团法人还须设置监察机关。根据社团法人成立的目的，可将其分为营利社团法人和公益社团法人。
