This paper, taking Meixian Qinchuan cattle breeding Demonstration Base as an example, explores the chief breeding measures of transforming Qinchuan cattle.

After microsatellite detecting INRA124 locus, we found that Nanyang cattle, Luxi cattle, Jinnan cattle and Qinchuan cattle all had Bos Taurus and Bos Indicus male origins.
