Objective to compare the effect and side effect of oral and vaginal administration of mifepristone combined with misoprostol for induced abortion during pregnancy of 10 th and 16 th weeks.

Mifepristone Inhibitory effect on bleeding may be significant to bleeding problem resulted from medical abortion.

Results:The former needed less time, and complemented retention of placenta and fatal membranes, hypamnion of late pragracy, dead fetus, failure of induction developed in induction by rivanolum.
