The dry density, bending strength and compressive strength of foam concrete block increased with the increasing of the amount of fly ash.

This paper presents testing results on a wide range of fly ash, after analyzing the effects of test methods on the resulted density.

The properties, such as apparent density, specific surface, particle size distribution and activity of mechanical activated fly ash at different grinding time were studied.
